The sessions are done in groups of up to 20. You'll stay in one group for the 10-week programme, so we’ll get to know each other over the course of the research.

We’re trying to answer a few different questions. The clearest one is Is there a difference between regular walking and yoga for mental well-being? We also want to see if this is linked to changes in brain activity, so we’ll record your brain activity using mobile EEG at the start and end of the study too. We’d also like to understand what people enjoy, and what they find challenging, with regular exercise - so we will invite you to take part in some interviews at the end to share your experience and feedback.

Complete this short screening questionnaire and we’ll be in touch soon! Please fill it out before the 11th October
